Campus Event Discovery App
A real-time platform that connects students with campus events — discover, share, and never miss out.
CEDA (Campus Event Discovery App) was built as a collaborative capstone project to solve a real problem on campus — students missing events because there was no central, easy-to-use platform to find them.
The platform lets students browse, filter, and RSVP to campus events in real time, while event organisers can post and manage their listings through a simple dashboard. The goal was to build something production-ready, not just a demo.
The live site is deployed at ceda.online and is actively accessible.

Browse all upcoming campus events in one place, filterable by category, date, and location.
Events and RSVPs update live so students always see the latest information without refreshing.
Students can RSVP to events directly, and organisers can track attendance numbers.

Technologies used to build and deploy CEDA
As part of the team behind CEDA, I contributed to the full-stack development of the platform — from designing the database schema and building backend API endpoints to working on the frontend UI and helping deploy the application to a live domain.
The project taught me how to work effectively in a collaborative dev environment, manage version control across a team, and ship a product that real users can access.
